Applicants are invited to apply for the Malaysian Government Scholarships MCTP 2024 in Malaysia. All international student forms around the world are eligible to apply for the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) Scholarship. Students can pursue their Masters Degree at Malaysian Public and Private universities. The Malaysian Government Scholarship 2024 from the Government of Malaysia is a Fully Funded Bursary. The prize is available for the 2024-25 study session.
A variety of fields of study are available under the MTCP Scholarship to do the Masters Degree Program. The Scholarship will cover all tuition fees abroad. There is no Application Fee for this bursary. And No Need for IELTS testing. Students can apply on the basis of an English professional certificate.

Payment Method: Participants will receive grants and other benefits as mentioned above in the Scholarship Division, Department of Higher Education Malaysia through their individual savings accounts. Students are advised to open a Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad account.
Eligibility criteria:
Not more than 45 years at the time of application.
In the Master’s Degree program, applicants must obtain a minimum of Second Class Upper (Honors) or a minimum of 3.5 CGPA at the Undergraduate Degree level.
Proof of English Language:
Scanned copy of original proof of English Language Skills such as IELTS (total score of 6.0); or a 500-point TOEFL paper-based test or an 70-point online-based test; or
Applicants who obtain Degrees in English as a form of instruction may also be accepted (proof required).
It has a very good standard of health guaranteed by a doctor / physician. The cost of the medical examination will be paid in full by the applicant.
Scholars should conduct full-time courses for postgraduate programs at selected Higher Education Institutions (Please refer to the List of Universities).
Applications are open only to candidates who have received diplomas from Malaysian universities but who have not yet begun their studies or who have enrolled for more than one semester of Master’s Degree.

Application form
Certified copy of Passport as proof of citizenship (minimum of 6 months of operation);
Certified copy of Academic Transcript;
A record of all courses taken throughout the degree program must be reflected in the academic literature;
Applicants must submit their undergraduate study documents; and
Applicants must submit an official document issued by the applicant alma mater outlining the university degree program. If the applicant ‘s text does not include information on the CGPA, marks or percentage points. Documents must be verified.
